Kids’ Crafternoon: Painted Ornament

Crafternoons for older kids are back! Join us for different projects on Wednesday afternoons throughout the summer.

This week (July 23rd) is paint your own summer ornament! We’ll have wooden ornaments in all kinds of cheery, summery shapes for you to choose from. Grab a seat and paint it with any colors you choose! Makes a great room, locker, or holiday tree decoration. Stop in any time between noon and 5:00 to begin (we’re open until 6:00, but you’ll want time to finish your masterpiece!).

As noted, this is an activity for grade school children and teens rather than preschoolers (age 7 and up). Some crafternoons involve elements that are hot, sharp, or extra messy. A helpful adult or an older teen will still need to attend to lend a hand and monitor behavior.
